If you come to the Davis household, you are likely to be served this dish. It looks fancy, but it's very simple to make. It's chicken with capers. We served it this time with a side of pasta and asparagus. Sometimes we have brussel sprouts with it.

Pot Sticker Pockets
This one comes to you courtesy of Rachel Ray.
It's not really a pot sticker. It's a modified wrap. A lot of great flavors, including orange, Hoisin sauce, white vinegar, honey. The meat of the matter is ground pork with some cucumbers, carrots and water chestnuts.
Very yummy. The pork makes it very juicy. Don't think you could say that if you used ground turkey.

Turkey Burgers with Guacamole = Awesome!
Turkey? In a burger? I know, I thought the same thing!
But apparently if you add lots of spices and onions and then cook it in a skillet (cast iron, of course) it can taste pretty darn good. Oh yeah, then you smother it in spicy guacamole and all's right with the world.
Rachael Ray recipe.
Took longer than 30 minutes, though. I knew she was full of it.
Good Sweet potato fries, too!
