We built Kid City on Rock and Brownstone

I finally had the chance to go to the famous Middletown's Kid City on Sunday. It was a wonderful place -- and Robby loved it. We started the day by taking a trip across the bridge to the Portland side of the river. We had a chance to checkout the brownstone quarries. That's a return trip, guaranteed!

Robby is improving by leaps and bounds (maybe strokes and kicks!) in the pool. He can scoop and kick by himself and swim with the aid of a pool noodle. We're now working on getting him strong enough to tread water. I am one excited dad!

When we got the tree home, the fun began.

It's a Christmas Tree, Baby Robby (Part 1)

This year's Christmas Tree hunt was at Cedar Ledge Tree Farm in Mansfield. It's a great place to find a nice tree, good selection, tractor ride to the tree patch and lots of other families to mingle with. Then they wrap your tree prior to driving it home -- the whole thing was a snap!

Winter Storm "Named after my Town" First Volley

The first front of flurries (That's my next band name, Called it!) has arrived as of 9:45.

New snow on the steps.

We expect it to be picturesque for the next few hours until the real front moves through.
