Veal with Prosciutto: Spot on

A new classic from  Christina: Veal Cutlets topped with Prosciutto and Sage, sauteed in olive oil.



The prosciutto was done to a crisp, with all its salty, savory flavors making its way into the tender veal cutlets.


Christina has found the secret to winning over my culinary heart: combine the best of the cow and the pig in one extraordinary dish (Sorry Vegetarians!). It's Delicious! The Cous-Cous was seasoned with curry--goes very well with the sage. Try it.
