Thai Spicy Red Sauce Green Bean Bowl Tasty

I know we've been spending an inordinate amount of time focusing on non-food related stories over the last few weeks--what with Baby D growing like a weed and all.

So, I took a few minutes last night before the first soccer game of the season (Go Turtles!) to document another Stir fry spectacular. This one was very flavorful and well put together.



Thai red curry paste mixed laid the foundation (chilies, garlic, fish sauce), and the meat of the situation was pork. Topped with green beans, it made for a well rounded dish.



It wasn't nearly as spicy as I had hoped, so the next time through I think we'll add additional peppers.



Paired with sticky rice, it was a hit.



We won by way of forfeit, in case you were wondering. We still managed to to wear ourselves out scrimmaging and sent one guy home with a twisted ankle. Before even playing a real game.
