BeefEaters: The British Invasion Continues

The second in our series of British Import recipes: Kate and Will's Beef Pie aka The one with the Stout in it that Heather had Pete take a picture of the recipe for and email to me last month.



All kidding aside: real good stuff



Very rich flavor, and very savory.



Crisp pastry, deep, hearty stew that sticks to your ribs.



Greta for a snowy day like today. Well, a dusting day like today.



Lots of work though: took about 3 hours to put together--froze some ready to baking at a later date.




Make it once and enjoy it.
