Cheesecake, a la Stina.
Better than store bought. Very rich, creamy texture. Lemon flavored without any of the crazy cheesecake factory extra flavors. The way it should be.
All American breakfast. Homemade Waffles, Bacon, and farm fresh eggs. Really.

The recipe is from my grandmother Urso in WV. Family favorite. I'll give you a hint: don't add water, add Seltzer. That is all.
