Fish in Milk

This was an interesting mixture of food and preparation. I have to admit, the fish came out great, but the rest was just OK.



Probably won't do it again, if I can make Fish and peas, I should just make fish and peas, right?



The egg was a nice touch.



It may be worth doing if you're into fish cooked in milk--but the tomato wasn't necessary. Oh well--on to better things!
