Fish Stew

This is an instant classic. Like Manhattan chowder, with many seafoods.


Tomato base, with Churico sausage, scallions, and garlic.



Cod, Scallops, and Shrimps.



Simmered to perfection.



Big hunks of fish.



Served with crusty bread. Perfect winter dish.

    Here's a follow up: I had this for lunch yesterday--even better than on the night we made it. Get off your microwave chicken nugget eating bums and Make you some!
